Cancellation and Refund Policy

At TheGoodReco, we offer a subscription-based software service designed to deliver continuous access to our analytics and reconciliation tools.

Due to the nature of our digital product and the resources provisioned upon activation, we do not offer refunds once a subscription has been purchased and the account has been activated.

We collect various types of information to provide and improve our Service.

Customers are free to cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard. Upon cancellation, no further charges will be made. However, the customer will retain access to their subscription benefits until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, access will be discontinued unless the subscription is renewed.

We strongly encourage users to explore the product thoroughly during any available trial period (if applicable) before committing to a paid plan. All charges are clearly communicated at the time of subscription, and by completing the payment process, the user agrees to this no-refund policy.
